 Funding—
If funding can’t be generated from a financial institution then our team will look for alternative
ways for funding this project such as private investors.

 Contract work
If contracts can’t be obtained suitable for adequate income then we will do promotional jobs to
generate more business.

 Established competition
Hard work, being fair, and honesty will help us generate a good name for our company, only time
can help us become well established in the landscaping service field.

Open market for another landscaping company
To be determined…… (Need more input)

Unable to be fully manned in time for opening
In the event that we don’t have adequate staffing before opening day we will use temporary
employers from local temp services

                                                  10
Unable to secure permits
May delay launch date but it is mandatory that we secure permits if not before then as soon as
possible. Potential this risk can bring the project to a halt.

 Unable to acquire operational machinery
Get machinery approved in advance. If we can’t purchase machinery that operates effectively or
efficiently then we will rent machinery until purchased machinery is working properly.

                                        Risk Monitoring
The project Manager (Edezal Carr) will be monitoring the risk for this phase of the project….
