2. Ron Eakes attended the South Western Heights School,
Kansas and after the completion of his graduation from
school in 1977, he enrolled at Dodge City Community
College situated in Kansas. In 1979, he completed his
degree course and graduated. Right after getting his
graduate degree, he began his own construction company.
He also took part in a personality development course
which was offered by Dale Carnegie College. This course is
particularly designed to help candidates overpower their
weaknesses and become even more confident doing what
they want to do. This course helped Ron tackle all his
challenges.

located at Plains, KS and is ranked as one of the
most advanced construction companies in the
Kansas area. The organization has over 70 full-time
workers who are expert, and cater to the
residential, commercial, and the agricultural
construction requirements of people in the Plains.
For offering excellent services, he got a certificate of
achievement in building construction and was also
featured in the National Register of Who’s Who in
executives and professionals.

owns three other ready mix concrete plants and has
partnered with two large-scale dairies.
