Moisture level was very
high. It would rain
frequently during the rainy
season.
While in Belize, the
temperatures stayed in the
90s and was very humid.
Be sure to bring your water
bottle to stay well hydrated.

Shake out your shoes for scorpions
Be sure they are closed toe….lots of snakes
Flashlight on and be alert ….lots of nocturnal
animals out at night.
Beware of the mosquitoes …they love the moist
bathrooms.

When you are in a rain forest there are so many
insects and mosquitoes.
We saw leaf cutter ants and fire ants.
You want to be sure not to stand on an fire ant
mound.

bring one small piece of luggage because there
is not a lot of room in the van.
