8. Username Must be at least 8 characters long First initial of first name First 7 characters of last name If last name is shorter than 3 characters, add a 1 after last letter of last name (i.e. Lu = Lu1) Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
9. Username - Exceptions If you work for two different My TotalSource® companies, you may be required to have a unique Username for each company Replace last letter of your name with the number 1 and try the username again
