    This month
    In your lifetime!
Who do you want to be?

Who do you want to help?
  • 6. Prioritize
What has to be done NOW!
What tasks can wait until later?
What can you do now to make life easier later
Avoid distractions that change your focus from the task at hand
    Learn to delegate
    Learn to say no!
Ask yourself – does this action bring me closer to my goals?
  • 7. Make a To-Do List
    Helps you to prioritize
Makes the day go smoothly if you know what you will be doing at any certain time
Helps avoid over committing or double booking your time
    Helps you maintain your focus
    Helps you reach your goals
Fun and rewarding to cross items off the list!
  • 8. Use a calendar
Put your to-do list in a calendar
Having one place to manage everything makes your life more organized
Always refer to your calendar when making commitments to avoid scheduling conflicts
    Can be paper or electronic
Make sure you check your calendar at set times so you don’t forget what you wrote down until using a calendar is a habit!
  • 9. Avoid distractions
Monitor the items you identified as time wasters closely.
Allot a limited amount of time to these tasks and stick to your limit

  • 10. Break tasks down into steps
Overwhelming tasks make us procrastinate, increasing stress
If a task is overwhelming or time-consuming break it down into smaller chunks. This makes it more manageable and less stressful.

If you can do something now to make a task less time-consuming later – do it!
Congratulate yourself for accomplishing each step
