Mark Pearson-Gills is a chiropractic doctor who grew up in and around the suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. He is a specialist who has worked all over the globe. But long before he was a respected chiropractor, he was receiving his secondary schooling in Melbourne. He obtained his Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) in 1988, thereafter choosing to become an apprentice to a carpenter. He spent two years working with his hands, learning the trade, and trying to figure out what it was he wanted to do with his professional life. He eventually decided he would like to become a chiropractor and in 1991 chose to enroll in RMIT University's prestigious five-year degree program for chiropractic services. In 1996 he graduated, becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. He has gone on to found practices, act in an advisory role for United Kingdom chiropractic specialists, and found the Australian branch of the World Chiropractic Alliance.
