6. Inspection Conveyor

How it works
The central conveyor belt brings the containers from the capping machine conveyor. The
operators sitting on the other side of the inspection conveyor table get the containers,
automatically on the adjoining conveyor belts. The containers or bottles are visually
inspected by the operator, with alternate black and white background. The containers
are checked for any undesirable result of the filling, sealing and breakage of the
containers. On the completion of the checking, the containers are sent for the further
operation.

OPERATION
The automatic vial filling machine is works on the volumetric principle. The SS slat
conveyor is used to move the vials. The conveyor feed the vials below the filling nozzles.
The pneumatically operated system is used to set the vials perfectly. The vial and nozzles
are matched precisely for the centering of the vial bellow the nozzles. the machine is
works with no vial, no filling concept. So there is no chance of the wastage of the product
or spillage on the vials. There is a dosing block to set the dose or fill size.
