I'm working with Dorset County Council on their Smarter Computing and SharePoint projects until August 2015. My role is to create and deliver training to staff on core Microsoft applications. These activities are as much a PR & Marketing exercise designed to change the way staff across the council work as to develop valuable IT skills and knowledge. 600+ staff have already been through one or more of the bitesize courses and larger scale presentations. Am also developing different ways of delivering knowledge to staff - using Intranet pages, video's and social media activities.
