Start by imagining on how would you like to be at the end to direct all your efforts on
achieving it.

Plan, prioritize, and execute your week's tasks based on importance rather than
urgency. Evaluate whether your efforts exemplify your desired character values, propel
you toward goals, and enrich the roles and relationships.
Interdependence
Habit 4: Think Win-Win
Mutual agreements and benefits in relationships as well as understanding the win for all
method for a better long term benefit.
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood
You have to listen to others before demanding that they should listen to you. This way
you will understand them very well and they will be looking forward to listen to your
opinion too.

It’s always better to make work done by an efficient team rather than doing the job alone
even if each person will have a small task to do.

Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
Keep on renewing yourself every now and then like “saw sharpening” in order to stay
efficient with your habits.
