Are you risk averse? An un- derstanding of risk and risk management is criti- cal to anyone considering a career in production agriculture. Participants will learn and apply risk concepts in a competi- tive farm simulation game with prizes awarded to top scorers. The work- shop can accommodate up to 80 participants, so please arrive early.
