There are two levels of qualification. The Practitioner Level is the second level and
candidates must pass the Foundation exam before proceeding to the Practitioner
level. This level is for candidates looking to deepen and refine their learning, before

to a specific scenario situation. A certified
candidate will be able to start working on real projects immediately.

You should be a PRINCE2®
Foundation
Credential holder to be eligible for the
PRINCE2®
Practitioner Certification Exam.
The exam will be computer-based and will
be given at the end of the 2-day PRINCE2®
Practitioner Course. The exam format is as
follows:
• Objective testing
• 9 questions with 12 marks available per
question
• Candidates must score 55% or 59 marks to
pass
• Two-and-a-half hours (150 minutes)
duration, no additional reading time
• Open book exam (official PRINCE2®
manual only).
