As a Librarian in one of Europe's largest public libraries I have responsibility for managing a high quality reference and enquiry service; developing and promoting collections and services; advancing audience engagement through multiple channels; creating e-content; designing and delivering a library education program; managing a large team of library assistants and providing leadership through change. I am an active committee member of the Multimedia Information Technology Scotland Group (MmITS) and perform the role of web / blog editor on their behalf.
