displaytheirratingsonHAR. ThishasthepotentialtobearealadvantageforGary
Greeneagentsthathavebeenparticipating.Ifyouhavefeltcompelledtotrytogetyour
clientstocompleteboththeRealSatisfiedsurvey,andtheClientExperienceRating(CRE)
surveyforHAR,thingsmayhavejustgottenmucheasierforyou.
ThistoolisonlyavailabletoagentsthatparticipateinRealSatisfiedwhichispotentiallya
bigadvantageforallGaryGreeneagents.
Step 1 ­ Determine Your Strategy
Therearesomethingstoconsiderbeforeyou determinetherightstrategyforyou. HAR
willallowyoutodisplayonlyoneratingsystemonyourprofile. Soyou'llneedto
decideifyouwanttodisplaytheClientExperienceRatingSystemorRealSatisfied. Ifyou
electtoshowRealSatisfied,yourHAR/CREreviewswillnolongerbevisible.
Ifyouhavebeenheavilyinvestedincollecting HARreviews,displayingRealSatisfied
reviewsmaynotberightforyou. But,youwillwanttoconsiderthefollowingadvantages
ofRealSatisfiedbeforeyoumakeyourstrategicdecision.
1.IfyouelecttouseRealSatisfied,youonlyneedtoencouragethemtocompletethat
onesurvey.
2.RealSatisfiedpushestheircontenttoRealtor.comtodisplayonyourprofile. CRE
onlyresidesonHAR.
3.RealSatisfiedsurveysareeasilyshared.
4.YourRealSatisfiedwebpageisaneasywaytosharetestimonials. Placeahyperlink
