often, poor listening is the root cause of

questions to clarify information, express empathy,

There is no limit to the number of participants who 
can join these sessions.

One session: $3,500 
 
Two sessions run on the same day: $4,500 
 
5% volume discount for purchases of three to six 
sessions ordered at the same time. 
 
10% volume discount for purchases of seven or 
more sessions ordered at the same time.

materials and we are not placing an order with our 
printer, the lead time for scheduling these 
workshops is condensed.  Depending on instructor
