Mohammad Kabir, a highly ambitious, successful and talented Software Entrepreneur, has successfully founded
several Software ventures in the USA. He successfully co-founded a wireless broadband company called
PurelyOnline Inc. in 2001 which was later acquired by DFW Air, Dallas, Texas.
Mohammad Kabir has over 20 years of Information Technology experience in architecting, analyzing, programming,
managing web based, distributed as well as client server Software Applications in multi-tier environment. He has
successfully developed and deployed scalable, mission critical Software and web applications for companies ranging
from small startups to Fortune 500 companies like Texas Instruments, Verizon, Compucom, Equifax.
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for several companies, Mohammad provided strategic technology directions and
creative inputs to clients’ software development projects. His forward-thinking vision has resulted in strategic, bestof-the-breed solutions for local and global companies. He has successfully deployed scalable, mission critical
Software and web applications for companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 500.
Mohammad holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. He also holds
a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET)
and Western Kentucky University, USA.

Texas at Dallas, Texas, USA.
Bachelor of Science:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) and
Western Kentucky University, Kentucky, USA.
SSC:
Secured 4th position in the combined merit list in 1983 under Rajshahi Board from Rajshahi Cadet College. He was
also featured in Bangladesh Television and all the leading national daily newspapers.
HSC:
Secured 7th position in the combined merit list in 1985 under Rajshahi Board from Rajshahi Cadet College. He was
also featured in Bangladesh Television and all the leading national daily newspapers.

Academic Award:
Mohammad Kabir was awarded with the Chancellor’s award, highest academic award in Bangladesh, by the
Honorable President of Bangladesh, H. M. Ershad, in 1987.

2. Cultural Activities and Sports:
- Was appointed as “House Cultural Prefect” for Tariq House in Rajshahi Cadet College in 1984.
- Was elected as the “Debate Secretary” of Dr. Rashid Hall, BUET for 4 years in a row.
- Lead the Dr. Rashid Hall, BUET National TV Debate team for 3 years in a row.
- Took part in several quiz shows in Bangladesh TV as well representing Dr. Rashid Hall.
- Lead the Dr. Rashid Hall, BUET Hockey team.
- Played in the Rangpur team for National Hockey Championship tournament.
- Played in the Civil Engineering, BUET cricket team
