Truth—well, Ed and Ripoff Report certainly have been sued many times, so that part is true. Most cases
were thrown out of court by the judge and some cases were settled when the plaintiff agreed to drop
their claims (Ed has NEVER paid a dime to settle a case).
However, for the record: Ed and Ripoff Report have NEVER lost a case…with one exception.
The only exception was in 2003 when a lawsuit was filed in the “High Court of Justice, Federation of
