The mark that I chose to search is the mark for my company Life 
Marketing Concepts, LLC. 
The services that are offered are under the class 035 and the services 
offered are Branding services, namely consulting, development, 
management and marketing of brands for businesses and/or individuals
Strong or Weak? 
Life Marketing Concepts is 
STRONG 
Life Marketing Concepts is a unique name in regards to 
the services that my company offers. The name can not 
be found in the database.
USPTO Searches
USPTO Search 
I did not find any search that was similar to my brand. 
I used an original concept and design for my 
company name and did not find any results in the 
search query.
State Search
State Search 
I searched in both North Carolina and Florida. I did not find any 
search results that were like my company and mark. Florida has 
company names but they are not similar in likeness.
Google Search
Google Search 
While searching Google, I did not find any search results that showed my 
Trademark.
Conclusion 
My mark appears to be clear to use and based on my search results, I 
am able to use the mark free and clear.
Using the Mark 
5 suggested uses of the mark in commerce are: 
On my logo 
Website 
Branding items such as folders and presentations 
Used as a means to identify my work on flyers, presentations, and advertisements 
My mark used in consulting 
2 uses or depictions that should be avoided: 
On physical products like clothing 
Mark used as a magazine or publication
Symbols 
When my mark 
launches, it will need to 
have a 
TM symbol then a ® 
symbol once the trade
