The instructions in this presentation will relate to both the Receipts
and Payment Summary and Budget tabs.

2. PAT 3 – Guide
Receipts/Payments – Summary
These tabs take the information input in the receipts and payments tab
respectively and prepare a summary of income/expenditure. The only columns
which will appear will be those where the description in the description tab is set
to “Yes” and the refresh button is pressed.
The areas in green represent where you will need to enter the previous years
figure to show comparative figures.

These tabs take the information input in the receipts and payments tab
respectively and prepare a summary of income/expenditure. The columns which
will appear will be those where the description in the description tab is set to
“Yes” and the refresh button is pressed.

show comparative figures.
