Anterior Triangle of the Neck In Detail ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],The neck is arbitrarily subdivided into two triangles by the sternocleidomastoid muscle: Starting above the hyoid bone in the anterior triangle, we have two small triangles: submental and submandibular (or digastric). We will start this study by looking at the submandibular triangle first then the submental.
