1. THERE WAS i THERE WERE
El There was s’utilitza per a expressar que alguna cosa o algú existia (singular).

El There were s’utilitza per a expressar que moltes coses o persones existien (plural).

El there was o there were es pot escriure en forma afirmativa (que existia o existien),
negativa (que no existia o no existien) i interrogativa (pregunta si existia o no existien
alguna o algunes coses).
