AGILE INDIA 2012 BROUGHT YOU BY: CLOSING THOUGHTS • From the responses, we understand that the project team (engineering, scrum master and middle management) feel agile adoption would be better than the current level of adoption, if we improve the collaboration, communication and ability to change. • Most of the members from senior management, middle manage ment and engineering believe that cultural barrier is the main impediment for agile adoption. • If we, as a software agile community want to see a great value in agile delivery for ourselves as well as for our clients and for the end customers, then we need to focus more on the Agile Values and Principles.
