(57) Abstract :
Nanoscale Zinc oxide is an inorganic compound appearing invisible when added to other materials like ointments and fungal powders.
Its transition from micro to nano form increases the material surface and hence improves different properties. Zinc Oxide have found a
good citation since few decades and found a broad spectrum for applications as cold, rashes, sunscreen lotions; in paints and coatings;
in LEDs, transparent thin film coatings and various others, because of their various characteristic properties evolved at nano stage. A
colloidal system (solid, liquid or gas) consists of two different phases namely a dispersed phase (or internal phase) with particle
diameter of 5 - 200 nm and a continuous phase (or dispersion phase).Colloidal science plays a vital role in the field of biological
science along with our environment. The Nanoscale Zinc Oxide colloidal science has opened an important paradigm for study as far as
its bacterial, fungal and UV filtering properties are concerned. The semi-transparent stable colloidal solution of nanoscale ZnO
particle in glycerol is found to be effective in UV - protection with its least appearance as white powder and found a versatile
application in therapeutic sun - protective lotions. The proposed invention is to produce Nanoscale Zinc Oxide colloidal solutions
through simple green chemistry route. The process is performed at a temperature below the boiling point of water. Glycerol is stirred
continuously during processing at a predetermined level of speed. Aqueous acetate solution and aqueous hydroxide solution are added
with the predetermined interval of time. The nanoscale colloidal solution thus obtained is cooled and preserved for pharmaceutical and
scientific applications.

(57) Abstract :
Health monitoring is repeatedly mentioned as one of the main application areas of Wireless Sensor Networks. Mobile Health Care is
the application of mobile computing technologies for improving communication amongst patients, physicians, and other health care
workers. As mobile devices have become an inseparable part of our life it can integrate health care more seamlessly to our everyday
life. Sensor nodes, capable of sensing, processing, and communicating one or more vital signs, can be easily integrated into wireless
personal or body area networks for mobile health monitoring. Here, we introduce a real time mobile health monitoring framework
that describes how these sensed vital signs can be analyzed with the help of data mining techniques to predict the health status of the
monitored people. The framework is innovative in the sense that it applies dynamic data mining concept for inspecting the recent
trends of the body signals in addition to learning patients historical behaviour with the help of classical data mining techniques. The
invention is described by way of example with reference to the following drawings FIG. 1 of sheet 1 is schematic view of generalized

(57) Abstract :
PATs VATOPE is an invention of a new pedaling mechanism, (here displayed on a bicycle), which eliminates the requirement of a
complex gear systems that exist currently. The PATs VATOPE can offer a similar mechanical advantage as standard gears just by
strategic positioning of the feet to vary the torque, with an additional benefit of the fact that it is sturdier and employs a lot less
precision parts and therefore can haul much heavier loads. This heavy load moving possibility adds a new dimension to this pedaling
system, it could be employed to move even automobiles. Therefore on one hand one can use this system to haul heavy loads while on
the other hand this can be employed to generate high speeds and break human-powered land speed records too. The system
automatically allows 3 points of mechanical advantage, which is further multiplied by any number of force bearing positions of the
feet.

(57) Abstract :
The nano-sized 10 % weight PdO supported on MnO2 support (10 wt% PdO/MnO2) catalyst was prepared by wet impregnation
method and tested for CO oxidation reaction. The XRD pattern authenticates the formation of MnO2 phase, broad and diffuse lines
indicate that this catalyst is poorly crystalline. 10 wt% PdO/MnO2 catalyst showed complete oxidation of CO to CO2 at room
temperature. Under the influence of excess oxygen this catalyst is stable and showed good CO oxidation activity. From time on stream
studies it is clear that the catalyst is stable initially upto few hours giving complete conversion, but with time the activity decreases.
The activity can be regained by heating the catalyst in oxygen at 70-80 °C.
