hearing where the other side asks him questions, under penalty of perjury, about what he owns,
what he is worth, where his assets are etc.
So what about the drummer? It's a running joke with the band, a'la Spinal Tap. It's true Pearl Jam
has had their fair share of drummers (Dave, Matt, another Dave, Jack and finally another Matt). The
