Dear Hoteliers,
Now in its 5th year, The Middle East Hotel Awards will once again seek to identify, highlight and reward excellence across the
hotel industry.
In June 2015 when the awards are handed over at a ceremony filled with glitz and glamour, it will have been a year since Burj al
Arab walked away with Best Hotel Award, and St Regis Doha celebrated its Award for Best Outdoor Area. Who will impress and
wow the judges for 2015 is down to you - the saying goes - if you aren’t in it you can’t win it.
With 21 award categories for 2015 there is a vast task ahead and our 16 judges are now all set to take on the challenge. All official
judges are experts in their field with a wealth of experience and long standing careers in the hospitality market. They invest
significant time considering, scrutinizing, visiting, scoring and discussing entries and shortlisted hotels. Their views are unbiased
and as such deliver your hotel the most objective review and results you could ask for. And the mystery shopper judges are there
just to keep you on your toes!
If you win an award, you and your staff really do have something to celebrate.
In addition to categories for various levels and types of hotels, there are also awards for best hotel refurbishment, marketing,
concept and community engagement.
The Middle East Hotel Awards has evolved from the long established and leading industry event The Hotel Show Dubai from the
