    7. 7. Agreement • Make sure your adjectives (descriptive words like good & red) agree in gender and number with the thing it describes: • Ella es bonita. She is pretty. (She is a girl thus the adjective bonita ends in an a.) • Joe es guapo. Joe is handsome. (Joe is a boy thus the adjective bonito ends in an o.) • Same goes for plural adjectives: • Ellas son guapas. (There are many good looking girls so we add an s to bonitas.) • Ellos son guapos. (There are many good looking boys so we add an s to bonitos.)
