Prepared a Base-line Data System providing specialized features like Consumer Indexing, GIS Mapping, and Automatic
Metering (AMR) on Distribution
Provided an Enterprise GIS Application based on Miner & Miner ArcFM and ESRI ArcGIS Server technology, Transformers &
Feeders, and Automatic Data Logging for all Distribution Transformers & Feeders and a SCADA / DMS system
Undertaken Asset Mapping of the entire distribution including the adoption of IT applications for meter reading, billing &
collection, energy accounting & auditing, and MIS
Provided for redressal of consumer grievances and the establishment of IT enabled consumer service centers
