Kirk Hammett is the lead guitarist of the thrash metal band Metallica. As a young man with a passion for rock music, he worked at Burger King to save up for his first amplifier. Later in life, Kirk won the lottery, which allowed him to purchase a new house, guitars, cars, and fund the recording of Metallica's album St. Anger in a custom studio, along with filming the making-of DVD. While now wealthy from his music career and lottery win, Kirk finds his true joy in playing metal music.
