    • Established in more than 150 countries around the world and supports new technologies in Electronics and Computers.
    • IEEE has a vision to advance global prosperity by fostering technical innovation enabling member’s careers and promoting community worldwide.
    • Student chapters of IEEE have been established in some of the finest engineering colleges of Mumbai
    • Has proved to be instrumental in bringing about tech awareness amongst the student community.
    • For the past few years, IEEE as an organization has been growing tremendously in various colleges and has become the most popular society that engineering students relate to .
  • 4. IEEE 360 DEGREES
  • 5. 360 degrees at a glance
    • IEEE 360 degrees is a 7 day festival ,consisting of both technical and fun filled events, literary events, workshops and seminars.
    • An inter collegiate technical festival organized by the topmost student branches in Mumbai.
    • Colleges participating are : Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, M.H Saboo Siddik College of Engineering, Usha Mittal Institute of Technology ,K.J Somaiya College of Engineering , Vivekanand Institute of Technology and Sardar Patel College of Engineering.
    • Literally covers entire Mumbai from end to end .
    • Also serves as a stage for all round development of skills in fields of management, communication and inter-personal abilities.
    • Attracts a large crowd consisting of students from engineering colleges as well as science ,arts and commerce colleges.

  • 10. Desk Sponsorship
    • Budget : Rs. 30,000/-
    • Company banners at the event venue as well as stalls on that particular day , for all 7 days.
    • Permission to distribute pamphlets at the venue.
    • Half page Ad in 360 degrees magazine.
    • Permission to conduct surveys among the student crowds.
  • 11. Banner Sponsorship
    • Budget : Rs. 10,000/-
    • Company banners at the event venue, on that particular day, for all 7 days.
    • Quarter page Ad in 360 degrees magazine.
  • 12. Event Sponsorship
    • Event Sponsorship is exclusively for events taking place at K.J Somaiya College of Engineering . The Companies or Organizations will be linked with the event and will be advertised and announced at the event venue. Some of the events have proven to be very successful with the crowd over the past few years. If the sponsor wishes to provide monetary sponsorship or prizes of equivalent value for only a specific event, the same can be discussed.
  • 13. Crystal Maze
    • Budget : Rs. 35,000/-
    • Crystal Maze has been one of the most popular event of IEEE-KJSCE and it has been a crowd puller for the past few years. Maximum number of entries are expected in this event.
    • This event is for one and all , whether the participants are techie or not ,it does not matter whether they are engineering students or not. This is an event which tests their mettle. This is the T.V game show revisited. This event consists of various games which tests their physical, mental and skill levels.
    • Its all about winning the crystals ,by winning the games, and proceeding to the Crystal Dome Round .
    • If the team wins the cut-off number of crystals ,they enter the second round ,which is Crystal Dome. Here they compete with the other teams to win the prizes.
  • 14. Barcamp
    • Budget : Rs. 25,000
    • BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment.
    • It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from participants.
    • BarCamp is a Tech unconference. Technology-minded people come together at BarCamp to share, learn, and have fun.
    • Note that separate t-shirts will be printed for this event which will have the sponsor’s logo on them.
    • Also, as this event generally has free environment with open discussions, a sponsor can even present their own ideas and introduce their own product or brand.
    • Surveys can be taken by the company through interaction with students.
  • 15. Technovista
    • Budget : Rs. 20,000
    • Technovista is a technical event which deals with cases or problems given to the participants in advanced, and the participants have to come up with proper solutions and presentations of their ideas. The cases will mainly consist of technical topics.
    • This event brings about a good technical interaction among the participants, and encourages the people to bring about new technical ideas.
  • 16. Crack the Nut
    • Budget: Rs. 20,000/-
    • In this event, groups of 4 teams, comprising of 2 players each, will lock horns with each other over a set of multiple choice questions, based on technical as well as general knowledge.
    • The winner in each group goes forward to the next round.
    • In the finale, teams will be given a circuit to construct, whose components will be hidden in different places in and around the college.
    • The first team to construct the circuit correctly, ‘cracks the nut’.
  • 17. Brains, Brawn and Beyond
    • Budget : Rs. 20,000/-
    • This is a literary event is taking place at IEEE 360 degrees for the first time and consists of 3 rounds.
    • In the first round, teams will be given a questionnaire comprising of different kinds of brain teasers like riddles, anagrams, spoonerisms, logic puzzles, fractured words, scrambles, rebuses etc.
    • In the second round, the teams will have to put together a jigsaw puzzle, whose pieces are hidden in various caskets, strewn across a room. Logical reasoning will be tested.
    • In the third round ,teams will set out on a hunt and follow a trail around the college premises until they find the coveted treasure.
  • 18. Console Gaming
    • Budget : Rs. 15,000
    • The New Era of gaming introduces the adrenalin pumping console gaming.
    • The consoles used will be Playstation-3 or Xbox-360,with variety of games ranging from NFS to Halo.
    • This event receives a tremendous response from the students, because of the introduction of the latest gaming consoles as well as the newest games available.
  • 19. Chillin’ Zone
    • Budget : Rs. 15,000
    • This zone generally deals with various fun filled activities that people can participate in. This zone was conceptualized last year itself for those participants who are not involved or are waiting for the next round of their respective events.
    • This was a huge attraction last time ,and include many short duration games, mehendi stalls, tarot card reader ,handwriting analysts and the most popular of them all - Karaoke.
    • This time around as well , the Chillin Zone is all set to rock at 360 degrees with new events, stalls and various other activities.
    • A lots of freebies are expected to be given to the people participating in various events in this zone.
    • Banners, desk staff, pamphlets and other props required for the sponsorship will be provided by the sponsor. Desk and provisions for putting up banners will be provided by our team.
