If you're like many people, fitness and the art of getting fit
  is not something that comes easy to you. It's difficult to
  start a routine when you're not sure how to go about it.
 You need information and guidance. Here are some great
    tips that provide both so that you can start getting fit
                            today.
There are just some exercises you may not like doing,
which means you should start doing more of them. Many
  of us tend to avoid the exercises we are weaker at. By
specifically incorporating these into your routine, you will
increase your strength and ability in the exercise and you
             just might find you like the results.
No matter which type of workout you choose to do, you
 need to stay hydrated. Drinking plenty of water before,
 during and after exercise helps to replace fluids that are
 lost during your workout. Staying hydrated means that
you will have more energy to go that little bit further, and
               you will feel better overall.
When you are doing your working routine, try not to use a
  weight belt. Constantly using a weight belt can actually
  weaken the muscles in your lower back and abdominal
  muscles. Use it only when you are going to do maximal
 lifts in exercises including overhead press, deadlifts, and
                            squats.
If you are very out of shape, to begin your fitness program,
set yourself a goal of doing at least ten minutes of exercise
   morning and evening. It doesn't matter what you do. If
  you feel like doing stretching one day, do that. If you feel
  like doing a little free-weight work the next day, do that.
       The idea is just to get started and build a habit.
In order to achieve the best results from your fitness
workout, stay hydrated. If you sweat out too much of your
   body weight, it creates stress on your cardiovascular
  system, which can negatively affect your performance.
Approximately 2 hours before your workout, drink at least
16 oz (two cups) of fluids. While exercising, drink about 10
oz every 20 minutes: more if it is a high intensity workout.
  Upon finishing your workout, drink another 16 oz. This
 may seem like a lot, but it is surprising how dehydrated
           you can become in a very short time.
Follow these tips if you're serious about a new fit lifestyle.
 It may take some time to get used to this new fit lifestyle,
but eventually you'll see results and feel better about your
fitness routine. Getting fit and staying fit is one of the best
  ways to keep your body and mind healthy, so take action
