Description: Specsavers is the biggest optical retailer in the UK, Ireland and across the globe.
Specsavers will provide trusted eye care service, affordable glasses and contact
lenses to number of countries. SVOC (Single View of Customer) is to integrate
customer’s data across multiple stores. The current store-centric design of
Specsavers retail systems, a particular customer’s data can be spread across
multiple stores. There is currently no mechanism that allows Direct Marketing to
identify these scenarios and avoid duplicate mailings which not only incur
unnecessary costs but also undermine the customer relationship.
The current scope is to integrate SVOC
Responsibilities: Involved in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
Involved in delivering prototype to integrate multiple systems with
CRM(CM) Applications
Involved in Analysis, Design and Architecture discussion with the onsite
team.
Involved in Environment setup discussions to Make CM and OCH as
different independent entities within same server and reuse of common
services.
