Description
Royal Force Alliance is one of the reputed insurance companies in UK. It provides a wide
range of insurance policies such as Life Insurance, Fire Insurance, Motor Vehicle Insurance,
Accidental and Health care Insurance etc. The main modules being contained in this project
are Production Processing, Production Definition, Customer Services, Customer Policy,
Cashier, Claims, Billing, Banking, Rep Remuneration and Underwriting. Production
Processing: This is the entry point to start the business processes. PP mainly comprises the
UI screens used to enter the Policies/UCDs as batches from the sales representatives on
weekly basis. PP involves the control, keying or alternatively scanning of the applications,
renewals and reinstatements in a week of work by the field reps.

The Health Assist is an application designed to assist GPs to treat patients based on a
Health Assessment. The health assessment is given by entering patient data into the
Application. The output is a Health Management Plan detailing Goals and Actions for the
GP and patient to address the targeted health issues. The application is primarily
Utilized in Australia yet it has some GP users in India as well. The end users for this
Application are doctors. Patients are the indirect users of this application.
