E-COMMERCE  STEP Internal Distribution: _ Evaluation of the promotional campaigns launched. _ Creation of some processes that allow to intensify the use of the direct distribution channels such as You Tube, Facebook, Twitter, blogs and others related to travel and tourism. _ Trip Advisor  and other related websites – positioning monitoring, analysis and follow up to customers' feedback. _Evalution of the Google position and its associated services (Google Maps, Google Alerts, Google AdWords). _ Outsourcing of sales and online distribution through the management of all online channels, aiming to maximize volume and value of the e-reservations of the unit.
E-COMMERCE  STEP External Distribution: _ Selection of web portals and creation of a plan with third-party websites – preferential extranets regarding the interest of the unit using different criteria: commercial potential, markets, functionalities, package rates, commissions, forms of payment, etc). _ Management and monitoring of the information, images and videos in all contracted extranets in order to increase the number of visits _ Management of sales conditions (stop sales, maximum and minimum period of stay, number of clients per room, booking period, payment terms...), parity prices, inventories (per rom type and pricing type), according to the established commercial policy. _ Benchmarking with the competing units (ranking, photographs, contents, equipments, comments…)
E-COMMERCE  STEP External Distribution: _ Permanent contact with the Market Manager of the Web portals in order to secure the good positioning of the unit, maximize the number of reservations and facilitate the performance evalution processes, commission payment, information update. _ Participation in the promotions that might be interesting for the unit launched by the different extranets.  _ Management of comission percentages according to the different demand periods and market compression. _ Analysis and follow-up of the customers' feedback in the different portals. _ Management of availability and pricing policy through the multi-channel portals that allow instant changes in several websites.
REVENUE MANAGEMENT  STEP _ Profitability Analysis – definition of the break-even price of the rooms. _ Creation of a compression calendar based on the market expectations, per day type (low, common, high) with the following criteria: Pricing simplicity and a positioning of “good value for money” | Destinations and its competitors | Target markets. _ Creation of a pricing policy adapted to the sector and its online distribution channels that respects: dynamic prices by day type - through Price Points | Creation of different pricing levels (refundable), (non refundable), according to the reservation date | definition of the psychological price; definition of the release periods | definition of special prices for loyalty guests | Differentiation of Day Type and Weekday | Differentiation between Singles, Doubles and Extras | Differentiation between room types.
REVENUE MANAGEMENT  STEP _ Creation of different pricing levels (weekend, weekday, corporate, promotional, agency) and its performance in all RMLs (Revenue Management Levels). _ Analysis and study of a pricing policy that is suitable fot the corporate and leisure markets (production levels, market conditions, competitor analysis, business mix analysis, contribution for the total margin). _ Monthly analysis of the market share (TO, ARR, Revpar, ranking in the competition set). _ Demand Anticipation, pick-up curves, portfolio evaluation in comparison to previous results and launching of sales promotions policies.  _ Analysis of competitors' prices and its interpretation in the monthly pricing policy.
REVENUE MANAGEMENT  STEP _ Management of inventory conditions and sales conditions through all channels :reservations department, reception, online distribution, GDSs. _ Recommendation of prices and main segments in order to achieve the maximum revenue of the unit. _ Prices for groups given according to: (1) expected portfolio; (2) potential of the revenue generated, (3) margin contribution to GOP, (4) competitors' prices, (5) availability, (6) commercial strategy, among others.
SALES & MARKETING STEP _ Data base Management . _ E-mail Marketing & Newsletter. _ Customer loyalty and customer satisfaction survey. _ Management and definition of website contents. _ Events' management and tourism fairs. _ Sales Calls & Fam Trips. _ Budget management. _ Social Media – Content management of Twitter and Facebook accounts according to the commercial policy of the unit.
