  • You : • Committed a murder. =Killed your partner. Your Partner : • Had an incurable disease . • Suffered from the pain. • Asked you to kill them. Background: • You truly love your partner. • Your partner had an incurable disease. • It was very heart-aching for you to see your partner in the pain. • Your partner asked you to kill him/her again and again. • You killed your partner to release him/her from pain . • The murder was committed not by self-centered desire or interests, but by your sympathy to release him/her from their disease.
  • To Consider of The Judgment…
    • The Points:
    • • The murder was not committed by the self-centered desire.
    • • This case is the combination of suicide and murder .
    • -> In Japan, suicide or attempted suicide is not a sin.
    •   = Japan admits people decide when they end their lives by their own minds.
    • • The victim admit and even encourage suspect to kill the victim.
    • Question:
    • Is this case totally same as the other murders?
  • Dilemma Why does this discussion rise? -> There’s a Dilemma in our each mind. The murder to release from the pain should be admitted. Whatever the situation is, the murder can’t be admitted.
  • Sympathy Side
    • The basis of this murder case is to release your partner from the pain.
    • -> Unlike the other murder cases.
    • What is law for?
    • -> Law should not be the rule to suffer people.
    • Your partner admit to be killed before you kill your partner.

    • -> Exceptions may lead the society to the chaos.
    • The desire to release yourself from being asked to kill may encourage you to commit a sin.
