Making ChangesO All changes are made by clicking on the “file” menu, choose “options”, choose “customize ribbon”O This tutorial shows you how to: O rearrange existing ribbons O rename existing ribbons O move items to a different ribbon O create a new ribbon
Re-arrange Existing RibbonsO After selecting the “customize ribbon” option, simply click on the ribbon name in the right column and drag it to its new locationO When you select “ok” the ribbon moves to its new location
Re-arrange Existing Ribbons Click on the ribbon you’d like to move

Re-name Existing Ribbons Click on the ribbon you wish to re-name
Move Items to Different Ribbon Find command you want to move – click and drag to new location

Create New RibbonO From the “customize ribbon” screen choose “New tab” O Click and drag to location desired O Re-name as previously discussed O Click the items you want in your new tab from the left column and drag them to the “new group” in the newly-created ribbon!
