The main character is a boy named Rob. He loves carving anything out of wood. He doesn’t have a mother. He and his dad live in the Kentucky Star Motel in Florida.
 
Rob decides to let the tiger go because he thought that the beautiful creature deserved to live in the wild.
I really enjoyed this book because it almost made me cry. I would most definitely recommend this book to any friend I know.
