 Kaspersky Endpoint Security System is Used to protect our network, server and workstation
computers against virus threats. It is server based antivirus application which supports almost all
Microsoft Windows operating systems (server and client).
 Installation and Implementation is done as follows :
• Kaspersky Endpoint server application is first installed at the server computer and then client
computers.
• Our server computer have Microsoft Windows 7 Platform.(Will Implement it on Microsoft Windows
Advanced Server after the training)
• All the client computers are connected to the Server.
• Server antivirus is always online to Internet and updated automatically.
• Client computer’s antivirus are automatically updated through server whenever the new updates are
available on the server.
• We have 50 Kaspersky 1 year licenses for computers and laptop.

Role of ICTV After Earthquake
Experienced a major shock of earthquake of 12th Baishakh Badly
 Epicenter at Warpak, Gorkha,Nepal
Walk on office and went to lots of wards for relief work for couple of 
weeks
Assigned for Information Collection and Management  Committee 
under DDRC Gorkha
 Five members
 1 Coordinator, 1 for Logistics management
 3 Active and lively members:
• Statistical officer, Statistic office Gorkha;
• ICTV,Gorkha Municipality and
• ICTV, , DDC Gorkha
Role of ICTV After Earthquake continue…
Digitization of 67,364 household’s data 
Real Volunteering but no incentives
Data we work out is used to provide RS.15000 for 
each damaged household and it’s a great satisfaction 
that DDRC believes us.
Beside this commitee,go for distribution of 15000 in 
various municipal wards too….

• Declared Municipality in 2039 B.S.
• Has 19 Wards with area of approximately 69 square Km.(Previously 
14 Wards)
Previous Scenario in ICT
• Only Two Staffs used email and internet. 
• None used Unicode.
• IO could not update website.
• No printer were shared.
Present Scenario in ICT• Almost every staff behind computer uses email and internet. 
• 5 Staffs know to use Unicode.
• Trained IO to update website But after teaching was transferred to another 
department.
• Printer Sharing in every department.
