The document provides a project management plan for "re_build", a project to raise money and provide aid to children and families affected by the 2015 Nepalese earthquake. The plan outlines recruiting a project team, developing marketing materials, raising preliminary funding, and sending a team to Nepal to assess needs and begin providing support. Phase 1 goals include raising $40,000 and partnering with local organizations. Future phases will identify specific children's projects and launch corporate fundraising to support ongoing relief efforts.

3. This project management plan will create the underlying strategy and future direction for the re_build team to raise money and give aid to
children and families in Nepal that are affected by the April 2015 Nepalese Earthquake.
The intent of the re_build project is to support, assist and provide direct funding and assistance to non-NGO Nepalese individuals and groups
that are rebuilding Nepal. They provide shelter, security, and relief to Nepalese children and are committed to rebuilding a sustainable Nepal
This plan is an instruction manual that provides the necessary framework and direction to the re_build team to achieve:
Phase 1
1. Recruit the re_Build Specialist project team.
2. Build Website & Social Media pages for promotion and future media releases
3. Commence filming of documentary, with initial releases scheduled for 25/7, 2/8, 15/8
4. Raise preliminary funding (US$40k) using the teams:
1. Individual & business networks for sponsorship
2. Crowd funding platforms
3. Team members gaining personal sponsorship
4. to send re-Build Specialists to Nepal to network with local Nepalese charitable organisations, NGO’s the teams network.
5. Send a specialist project team to Kathmandu in August to undertake:
1. Meet Om Shrestha, who is building emergency shelters.
2. critical needs assessments of local Nepalese charities that care specifically for children
3. provide some funding to charities and build relationships
6. Develop a phase 2 plan that will provide further and more sustainable support and aid.
7. Design Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) digital packages for fundraising.
Phase 2
Identify specific charitable causes in Nepal that will directly help children. Collaborate and plan with said charities to identify specific
projects that are urgently required. Say 3-5 projects in the same area.
Launch the re_BUILD project via hosting a corporate event launch in Bangkok.
Sell CSR packages to corporates to raise funds
Revisit Nepal, to assist charities, mentor and facilitate project delivery
Act as liaison between projects and ongoing CSR sponsors
Continue documentary filming with consideration given to completing a full length documentary
Similar to our previous international aid and development projects like Concrete Aid – re_BUILD is a project. It is not an entity, nor an NGO or
private enterprise.

developing and enhancing "what it is to be human" on both the benefactors' (by identifying and exercising their values in
giving and volunteering) and beneficiaries' (by benefiting) parts. The most conventional modern definition is "private
initiatives, for public good, focusing on quality of life.”
