- 3. Executive Summary
On August 28th, 2014 Iron Sharpens Iron produced a relaunch mixer event at
A_SPACE_MANILA in Legaspi Village, Makati, from 7-10pm.
Over 250 local expats, corporate execs, entrepreneurs and professionals
attended wearing a signature ISI nametag stating their ‘name’ and what
they are ‘looking for’ to help clearly facilitating accurate connections.
Each member had the opportunity to drop their business card
for a raffle drawing and 6 winners left with prize packages
ranging from Php6-8k.
Iron Sharpens Iron Mixers are held in social environments with the specific goal of purpose
driven networking, to develop meaningful collaborations and to make effective connections.

Guests were able to enjoy complimentary food, drinks and took
home swag bags populated with contents all provided by
the Mixer’s Community Partners.
Various VIPs from local business communities attended the event
and shared their wisdom during brief event announcements.
Each Mixer is hosted by some of the current Core Members who help matchmake guests with
others through introductions. This Mixer’s hosts were Clement Yeung, DJ Ramos, Ari Bancale,
Bryan Gallinger, Dave Condon, Camille Escudero, Ria San Gabriel, Kailash Ramchandani,
and Angela McDonald.
