Preparation
Season the medium large boneless chickens with Salt and pepper. Prepare the oil be heating it
over a heavy bottom oven over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in the oven until it turns
light brown at the sides, remove and place in a pan. Add the sausage to the chicken and cook

until boiling and reduce the heat afterwards, cover the content and let it simmer for about 50
minutes. Add the tomatoes and Okra, cover and let it simmer for about 1 hour. Add the green
onions, shrimps, and chopped parsley just before serving.
