Derrick Kim is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bridging Talent Worldwide. He currently owns and operates HR BRANDING.ORG and three personal creative brands. In 2010, Derrick has helped starting Headflow, a social-enterprise for hearing-impaired in Seoul, South Korea. In this role, he has consulted on the organizational strategy, devised the business model, and helped the firm winning 2010 City of Seoul Social Enterprise Award with $30,000 sponsorship.
