  6. 6. Accounts and Users System Admins - perform admin tasks Accounts - have a disk quota - aggregated access reports Users - belong to accounts - have their own credentials - may upload files - see reports
  7. 7. Account, Quotas, Users System Admins: ● create accounts and set disk quotas ● then create users inside accounts ● and assign user credentials (username and password) Users share the parent account disk quota
  8. 8. Content Ingestion Users use their credentials to logon via FTP and upload audio/video assets to their own restricted area. If disk quota is exceeded, the account needs upgrade or contents to be deleted.
  9. 9. Content Management Once ingested, users can manage content logging into the Web Console (using the same FTP credentials) Users can: ● assign titles ● preview content using the integrated Web player ● define access rules ● add assets to channels
  10. 10. Access Rules Geographic allow access only to clients from specific countries Network allow access only to clients from specific networks Conditional Access integrate a custom access workflow (e.g. pay-per-view or subscriptions)
