• Swimming is a great
sport to keep you in
shape. Both
Physically, mentally,
and emotionally.

• Swimming is one of
the best forms of
physical exercise.

cardiovascular fitness
because of the intense
amount of effort on
your heart and lungs
this allows your heart to
become in outstanding
shape , and gives your
heart a chance to work
on other places of your
body.

500-650 calories an
hour or more
depending on the
efficientcy that you
are swimming at!
• This allows you to
burn an insane
amount of calories in
a short time.

health and emotional

heart rate, therefore it
calms you down.
