He has over 20 years experience in executing middle-market M&A, investment, financial and other business transactions. Andy holds an Illinois CPA certificate, and is a member of the Kentucky and Georgia bars. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Business Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Association for Corporate Growth. From 1997 to 2006, John was a vice president in the Investment Banking Group at Hilliard Lyons, a full-service investment firm. Prior to joining Hilliard Lyons, John spent two years as a partner with Southern Capital Corporation, a Richmond-based LBO firm with portfolio holdings in insurance and radio broadcasting. John also worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Morgan Stanley Investment Banking and with the FIG-Insurance Group at CS First Boston.
