MOULD DESIGN
Injection Thermoplastic Moulds
The conception of the mould is a key step in the Injection Moulding process.
Due to this it is developed paying attention to all the possible variables which can influence the final
product.
Since the beginning of the design the Filling Simulation can support the choices of the project for the
co-design phase of the component, the choice of the injection point and the process parameters.
Further than this also the 3D and 2D design is made in-house to provide all the info necessary for the
