SPEAKER NOTESWhat is Content?Let me begin by defining what we mean by the term “content”. Content is in essence, any type or 'unit' of unstructured information. It can be text, images, graphics, video, sound, documents, records etc. - or in other words - anything that is likely to be managed in an electronic format.Part of the problem in defining the term is that “content” is such a small, generic-sounding label for the big, diverse, unruly, ever-changing universe of digital stuff that we consume.
