How far in the past are we going? I want to explain my eMINTs past with you. How many of you signed up for emints without fulling understanding what you were getting yourself into? Come on,raise your hands! How many of you are so very thankful that you did sign up for this gig?
I had been a teacher, and I was working as the District Instructional Tech for a mid sized school district in St. Louis. I accepted the training job because I wanted to serve my teachers and students better.
Happy and Engaged Students!
Most of all, I made dear friends along the way. I still rely on these ladies for support and guidance.
The Teachers I had worked with were wonderful, always trying to become better and I wanted to help them!
Clearly the students reaped the benefits from this training as we forged through the two year program.
Take the next two minutes and share with your neighbor, the best thing that happened when you were in your emints training
What were some of the key ideas you heard?
Yep, look around your table! You are now THE Band! In a couple of minutes I’m going to ask the band leader to use their computer, but in the meantime, we need some great collaboration among the tables. Two things – you need to decide on the name of your band (and use the creative card in case there is a tie for the grand prize) and someone needs to have a computer up and running on the internet so they can be the band leader!
Now, we’re coming up to your version of the rocking hits from the past…or rather, how much do you remember of the past hits?
BUY M & Ms to give to the winning table!
Stand UP if you’ve been in the emints band for more than 3 years!
