Schedule begins at FY 2005-06 because prior years included Public Charter School funding in DOE's budget; also Collective Bargaining increases were not broken out by DOE/PCS Schedule ends at FY 2011-12 because we don't know how much will be restricted from FY 2012-13 appropriations. For non-general funds (i.e. federal, special, revolving, interdepartmental, trust) the amounts are expenditure ceilings. DOE is are allowed to expend cash up to that amount if we have the cash. Worksheet "With Pass Throughs" - appropriations can be tied to the general appropriations act each fiscal year Worksheet "Without Pass Throughs" - appropriations for debt service, retirement, health fund were subtracted to make the years comparable Amounts for Collective Bargaining and Restrictions can be confirmed by checking the B&F site for Executive Memorandum for each year; this data came from attachments to memos with titles related to Budget Execution Policies.

    Schedule begins atFY 2005-06 because prior years included Public Charter School funding in DOE's budget; also Collective Bargaining increases were not broken out by DOE/PCS Schedule ends at FY 2011-12 because we don't know how much will be restricted from FY 2012-13 appropriations. For non-general funds (i.e. federal, special, revolving, interdepartmental, trust) the amounts are expenditure ceilings. DOE is are allowed to expend cash up to that amount if we have the cash. Worksheet "With Pass Throughs" - appropriations can be tied to the general appropriations act each fiscal year Worksheet "Without Pass Throughs" - appropriations for debt service, retirement, health fund were subtracted to make the years comparable Amounts for Collective Bargaining and Restrictions can be confirmed by checking the B&F site for Executive Memorandum for each year; this data came from attachments to memos with titles related to Budget Execution Policies.
