Policy: International Paper shall promote the growth and development of minority and
women owned businesses by creating new job opportunities, expanding markets,
generating capital and carrying out all other relevant activities which are legal,
appropriate and feasible.
IP uses supplier diversity as an opportunity to expand market share and obtain quality
products and services by engaging diverse business development as a value-added
strategy.
