popularity of the slim phones is increasing day by day and here is the list of 5 slim smartphones.
OPPO R5: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000
OPPO India unveils their latest addition in the R series; the OPPO R5 in India, which is 4.85mm
thin. R5 features 5.2 inches AMOLED display and the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla
Glass 3. The device runs on Android 4.4.4. KitKat operating system and is powered by a 1.5
GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory,
13.0 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 5.0 megapixel front facing camera and a 2,000
mAH battery. For connectivity, the it has a 3G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a GPS. The
company has earlier unveiled the R5 handset in Singapore on 29 October 2014 and is expected to
be launched in India by the end of December or starting of January.
Gionee ELife S5.5: Rs. 19,485
Gionee ELife S5.5, which was launched early this year was said to be the slimmest smartphone
with its 5.75mm thickness. In terms of specifications ELife S5.5 is about 5-inch with 1080p
Super AMOLED display, a 1.7GHz MediaTek Octa-Core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of
internal memory, and a 2,300-mAh battery. The device has a 13-megapixel camera on the
back,supported with a flash and a 5-megapixel camera on the front. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly
Bean and in typical Gionee style it is masked under the Amigo user interface.

2. Gionee ELife S5.1: Rs. 17,575
Gionee has launched its Elife S5.1 recently and was the world’s slimmest smartphone for a while
as the thickness of the smartphone was 5.1mm. The device featured Android 4.3 with Amigo 2.0
UI. The Gionee Elife S5.1 has a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 720×1280
pixels. The handset runs on 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, and
supports 1GB of RAM. It also has a 16GB built-in storage with 8-megapixel rear camera with
LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone weighs 100 gram weighing and is
backed by a 2100mAh battery and connectivity features includes Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Micro-
USB 2.0, Wi-Fi, and OTG connectivity.
Vivo X5 Max: Rs. 32,980
Vivo Electronics, launched its slimmest smartphone Vivo X5 Max which is 4.75 mm thin and is
priced in India at Rs.32,980. The dual SIM device X5 Max has a Micro SIM slot and a nano SIM
slot. X5 Max has a 5.5 inch full HD display screen with Android 4.4.4. KitKat and 1.7 GHz
Qualcomm Quad Core Snapdragon 615 processor. It further has 2GB RAM, 16 GB internal
memory, which can be expanded upto 128 GB through a micro SD card. It also has 13.0
megapixels rear camera with LED flash giving a better camera, a 5.0 megapixel front facing
camera for Selfie and a 2,000 mAh Li-Ion battery.

3. Huawei Ascend P6: Rs.23,999.00
The Ascend P6 got launched this year with the best feature of this being the thickness which is at
just 6.18mm. It comes with a 1.5 Ghz Quad Core Processor, 2GB RAM and a 32Gb Internal
