trusted with our most important projects. Early in 2003, Brad was tapped to take charge
of the software for our data storage customers. These customers manufacture computer
hard drives and use our tools to measure the hard drive head features down to the
nanometer scale. These customers push performance of our product to the limit, which
creates a stressful work environment for us as a vendor, but success of our data storage
product line has been vital to the overall success of our business. Brad was selected over
other qualified engineers because of his maturity, his commitment to quality, his high
level of technical competence, and his ability to produce under pressure.
Brad approaches people and his assignments with a “can do” enthusiastic attitude,
and has dedicated himself to solving challenging problems, seeing them through to
